Easy parking, nice rooms, friendly and helpful front desk staff, friendly and attentive bartender (Dennis).
There should be an option to use (and pay for) the computer in the room. If it remains a compulsory item, it should be factored into the room rate.

ease of getting in and out of hotel. felt safe leaving car there
ok neighborhood, but not a lot of great places to walk from hotel. workout room very small, no hot tub, pool not heated and too cold to swim in in Feb

Location is good. Just a short walk from the Board Walk and wharf.
Receptionist spoke quite poor english. Was very polite though. There are better finds in this price range.

Very nice and helpful staff. Good location to visit the universal studios. Very clean rooms.
The pool is in another building and not really inviting, since it is directly located close to the street.

It has very helpful staff members with the best service. The location of the hotel in Burbank is absolutely perfect, short walk to the Bob Hope airport, the Castaway restaurant in Burbank, and the Hollywood Bowl....

The only thign that was the best was the big tv and the internet connection. Half of the time you couldnt' watch movies or the internet wouldnt' work
Bed was hard as a rock. Not comfy for the amount we paid per night =(

Awesome weekend getaway!
Check-in was smooth, rooms were comfy and clean, and those beds-wow! The shuttle driver gave us great restaurant tips. The only bummer? The snacks in the bar could've been a bit better. Honestly, I'd recommend it to anyone.
