Location not far from universal studios, restaurants, the downtown area, and interesting sights. Impressive room and great views, relaxing bed.

Stunningly beautiful views, liked best possible setting.

The restaurant was fabulous with the best service, I tried delicious dishes. The bed was comfortable, the staff were professional people with the best service.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable, with extra pillows and a cozy throw blanket in the closet. The shower was huge, equipped with two shower heads. The view from 

Easy parking, nice rooms, friendly and helpful front desk staff, friendly and attentive bartender (Dennis).

There should be an option to use (and pay for) the computer in the room. If it remains a compulsory item, it should be factored into the room rate.

ease of getting in and out of hotel. felt safe leaving car there

ok neighborhood, but not a lot of great places to walk from hotel. workout room very small, no hot tub, pool not heated and too cold to swim in in Feb

The hotel's location was perfect for us, as it allowed us to easily reach popular destinations in the area without dealing with the chaos of the city. Plus, the nearby Donut Prince had amazing donuts that we couldn't

The pool is in another building and not really inviting, since it is directly located close to the street.

Location is good. Just a short walk from the Board Walk and wharf.

Receptionist spoke quite poor english. Was very polite though. There are better finds in this price range.

It has very helpful staff members with the best service. The location of the hotel in Burbank is absolutely perfect, short walk to the Bob Hope airport, the Castaway restaurant in Burbank, and the Hollywood Bowl.  

the staff at coast were incredibly helpful and the room was perfect! even had a small fridge, which was so useful. loved my previous stay in burbank but coast exceeded my expectations this time. highly recommend! 

The only thign that was the best was the big tv and the internet connection. Half of the time you couldnt' watch movies or the internet wouldnt' work

Bed was hard as a rock. Not comfy for the amount we paid per night =(

Excellent service, I liked tasty food.

The room was brand-new with comfortable interior and a luxury bathroom. The location of the hotel was easy, to the store with the free shuttle. The employees were very efficient and brilliantly helpful.  

Also, location was great and easy, within walking distance of a corporate headquarters. The area was downtown, a great place for me. My freshly renovated and quiet room had a luxurious bathroom.

The staff were friendly and pleasant, the hotel was clean, the large shower was enjoyable, the food at the restaurant was good, the free transportation to Universal City Walk was a nice perk.
